"Everything counts a little more than we think..."

I rather wish the quote had ended before the final word.

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?

No, says the man in Washington. It belongs to the poor.
No, says the man in the Vatican. It belongs to God.
No, says the man in Moscow. It belongs to everyone.

I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something
different. I chose the impossible. I chose…
Rapture.

Comments on no, it belongs to...

  1. Well, Rapture is the “world” he made. So, his choice, was to create.

I’m always torn about Rand. God bless her (heh), but while her ideas are inspiring and brilliant, she’s just so…wrong. Maybe unrealistic is the right word. It’s one of those things where it’d be a wonderful world if it worked like she wanted it to, but it never would. It’d always end up like Rapture, I think.
