My sleep schedule (lackthereof) is reaching new levels of insanity. It’s 6:20am and I’m not in my pajamas yet. I think I got up (from bed) yesterday around 10:30am. So I’m four hours away from 24 hours awake. Been doing this too often the past week+. Taking good care of myself, I am not.
*It’s 8:10am now. I have a 12:30pm call.. Can maybe sleep ~3 hours before that.. Nap after, and then catch up on all the things after that? Really though, I must decide to sleep like a normal human being.
