Hello real estate world

slated in moments at 5:31 am

I am at this moment getting my maryland real estate salesperson’s license. I know I know. Like we need more real estate agents running around, right? I’m mostly doing this a) to sell my family’s home, and b) get access to all the things that only real estate agents do. aside from that, i’ll be happy to work with friends and friends of friends.

... $65.00 later…

my license should arrive within two weeks. coolio.

The back story on this, I suppose I might mention, is that I took a class sometime over this past winter. It was a fun class. And I managed to pass that exam, and then took the real exam and apparently managed to pass it extremely well (which is kinda cool, cuz I haven’t had to take any tests in a long time.. too bad no grades on this. *shrug*) so they told me I could get my license. ... getting close to a year later, here I am. Getting my license. There’s perhaps more to the story, but that can come out later.

  1. It never hurts to have more qualifications. BTW, I like the new comment box. Only thing, the live preview doesn’t expand with the text. :)

  4. Not totally sure what he means, but the live preview seems to be working pretty well with Safari. No problems or glitches that I’ve seen. Keep it up, Ali. :)
