Women think men are stupid. Men think women are crazy…and they are! We drive them there with our stupidity!

If I find my own way, how much will I find?

Beautiful wind graces quiet walls, blankets plush between my feet, and lovely darkness tucks me in. #goodnight

How reliable can words be when so much is unsaid?

Sneakers and train stations

slated in dreams at 4:24 pm

At a grassy, hilly site that was apparently a plane station but more likely/ultimately a train station, I managed to lose a sneaker (how did I do that?) somewhere in the grass/hills/mud). I was looking all over for it. And relatives and family friends were there and were trying to help, and we were all coordinating and adjusting travel schedules (unrelated to my missing sneaker — I think).

What the Buzz

slated in consumed at 6:10 pm

Google Buzz makes no sense to me. Every time I remember/think to check it, the unread count goes immediately to 0, and I have no useful idea of what I’ve previously read or not; cannot really flag, save, or categorize things in a manageable way; and I just can’t see how they can have declared Wave a failure while maintaining that Buzz is a useable application. I must be doing it wrong? Help, please?

Ideal input device

slated in consumed at 5:55 pm

Aside from the keyboard; rather than a traditional mouse, trackball, thumb trackball, or IBM-style trackpoint, or laptop-common trackpad; we should be using multi-touch trackpads, perhaps with click buttons and a trackpoint built into it. The multi-touch trackpad would allow to do the same things as any of our usual devices, in addition to touchscreen-style and tablet functions. I’m waiting.

Auto-pilot, a short Wednesday story

slated in moments at 5:47 pm

I was very quickly typing a lengthy email and saw the word “separate” underlined in red so went to “fix” its spelling .. tried back and forth “seperate” “separate” “seperate” “separate” I was thinking “but it’s sposed to be separate!” but it didn’t seem to believe me and finally I saw that it was underlined because I had already typed “separate” right before it, so, double word. The end.
